NSD’s Strategic Plan for Recycled Water
In 2005, Napa Sanitation District (NSD) completed the “Strategic Plan for Recycled Water Use in the Year 2020”. The Plan considers various strategies for recycled water production, storage and usage. NSD has been providing recycled water to vineyards, golf courses, parks, cemeteries and corporate landscaping for many years. This plan takes the recycled water program into the future and considers ways to help provide irrigation water to augment scarce water supplies.
