Napa Sanitation District (NSD), located in the Napa Valley, provides wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services to the residents and businesses in the City of Napa and surrounding unincorporated areas of Napa County. NSD has been serving the public since it was organized under the California Health and Safety Code in November 1945.

Attention Low-Income Homeowners
If you live in your home you may qualify for the District’s Low Income Assistance Program, which reduces the amount you pay for your annual Sewer Service Charge. For more information and the application form, click English / Español, or call (707) 258-6000, ext. 522 for more information.

Sewer Service Charge Increase
On July 1, 2012, the sewer service charge for one Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) will increase by 2.9% to reflect the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) during the previous 12 month period. For a single family dwelling, this will result in an increase of $12.63 annually. Click here for more information.

Recycled Water Pipeline Extends to Skyline Park
NSD is currently constructing a section of recycled water pipeline from Napa State Hospital (NSH) to Skyline Park. This segment is the first step in potentially bringing recycled water to the MST area. This construction was made possible by construction cost savings on the recycled water pipeline from Napa Valley College to NSH, and is supported by American Recovery & Reinvestment Act funds.
