To ensure that NSD crews provide high quality service, Napa Sanitation District Collection System Department distributes a User Feedback Survey to residents who call in for a plugged lateral. The survey is taken very seriously by Napa Sanitation District and follow-up action is taken under the following circumstances:

  • Any poor grading
  • Request for follow-up or additional service
  • Unfavorable comments
  • Suggestions
  • Questions

The Napa Sanitation District is asking you as a ratepayer to help achieve a goal of mutual interest and understanding. The goal to improve our ability to serve the needs of the ratepayers is first and foremost. Your responses to the following questions will be of great help.
