The public involvement program for the Recycled Water Strategic Plan is designed to enable the Napa Sanitation District to consult effectively with members of the public, concerned interest groups and agencies about their views and ideas regarding the use of recycled water generated from the Soscol Water Recycling Facility in Napa. The results of this process will help define and lend direction toward evaluating various means of providing recycled water resources throughout Napa County.

There are many opportunities to participate in the formulation of the Recycled Water Strategic Plan and the decisions about recycled water resources in our community. This website will be your source for information. Many of the program and environmental review documents will be posted on the website for easy reviewing.
